| Board-Certified Veterinary Oncologists: Kathryn Taylor, DVM, DACVIM (Oncology) Dr. Kathryn Taylor obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2002 from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. She continued her education with a one-year rotating internship in small animal medicine at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital in Boston, MA. Dr. Taylor then went to Auburn University for a three-year residency in medical oncology. During these three years, Dr. Taylor obtained her Master’s Degree while studying the biology of cancer, basic treatment principles, current research, and available diagnostics in people and animals. Dr. Taylor specifically gained expertise in the diagnosis and latest treatments options for cancer in pet animals. |
