| Board-Certified Veterinary Oncologists: Glen K. King , DVM, Diplomate American College of Radiology (Radiation Oncology) Dr. Glen K. King received his D.V.M. from Auburn University. He is Board Certified in Radiology and Radiation Oncology and a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Radiology. He is the founder of Gulf Coast Veterinary Oncology (1989) and Gulf Coast Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging (1994). He specializes in the multidisciplinary approach to managing the cancer patient, with particular emphasis in radiation therapy. Janet Carreras , VMD, Diplomate American College of Internal Medicine (Oncology) Dr. Janet Carreras received her V.M.D. in 1998 from The University of Pennsylvania. She went on to complete a Small Animal Medicine & Surgery Internship (1999) and Medical Oncology Residency (2001) at the University of Pennsylvania. She is Board Certified in Medical Oncology by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine. She specializes in the diagnostic and medical management of our patients with cancer. She is also certified in Veterinary Acupuncture. |
